Haus AF is committed to delivering the highest quality training experience. To protect the integrity of every class and the investment of every student, the following policies are strictly enforced. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every policy listed below.

NO REFUNDS — NO EXCEPTIONS
All drop-in class purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to all circumstances without exception, including but not limited to: personal schedule conflicts, injury, illness, relocation, dissatisfaction, or failure to attend class.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

NO TRANSFERS
Drop-in class purchases are non-transferable. Your spot is personal and cannot be gifted, shared, sold, or transferred to another individual under any circumstances.

MISSED CLASSES
★ NO MAKEUPS — NO EXCEPTIONS
If you miss a class for any reason, illness, travel, personal conflict, or otherwise, that class is forfeited. There are no makeup sessions, no credits for missed classes, and no exceptions to this policy.
Each class is live, in-person, and delivered in real time. It cannot be replicated or rescheduled. Consistent attendance is your responsibility. Plan your schedule accordingly before purchasing.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
★ CHARGEBACK POLICY
By purchasing a drop-in class, you agree that all charges are authorized and legitimate. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company after receiving access to the class constitutes a breach of these terms.
In the event of a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback, Haus AF reserves the right to permanently revoke access to all Haus AF classes and programs and pursue recovery of disputed funds through all available legal means.
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us directly at info@aishafrancis.com before initiating any dispute with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly.
