I didn't start Aisha Francis Studios to build a fitness business. I started it because I spent 20+ years watching people walk into a room unsure of themselves and walk out transformed.

For over 20+ years, I have been teaching dance, movement, and sensual confidence to students of every background, body type, age, and experience level. I started in a time when heels dance did not have a name and I gave it one.

What I found over 20+ years is that the transformation was never really about dance. It was about the moment a person stops apologizing for the space they take up.

That moment is what AFS is built to deliver. Every class. Every course. Every mentorship. Every day.
