Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing, enrolling in, or attending any class, program, course, session, or membership offered by Haus AF. By completing a purchase or enrollment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every term set forth in this document. These terms apply to all participants regardless of how enrollment was completed.

1. Services Offered

Haus AF offers the following products and services, each governed by the terms in this document:

  • Drop-In Classes including Sexy AF, Werk AF, New AF, and all future class formats
  • That Girl Series including That Girl: First, That Girl: Floor, That Girl: Flow, That Girl: Fierce, and That Girl: Twirl
  • Mentor Membership including monthly and quarterly subscription training program
  • Mentorship Intensive including application-based intensive training program (October 2026)
  • Private Lessons including one-on-one or small group sessions with Aisha Francis

2. Payment Policy

All purchases must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Haus AF does not offer payment plans, deposits, or deferred billing for any product or service unless explicitly stated in writing by Haus AF management.

Mentor Membership Billing

Monthly Mentor Membership: $250.00 charged at the start of each billing cycle. Quarterly Mentor Membership: $650.00 charged at the start of the quarter. By enrolling you authorize Haus AF to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Your enrollment constitutes express written authorization for recurring charges.

Price Changes

Haus AF reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Active memberships will receive 30 days written notice before any price change takes effect.

3. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. HAUS AF DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THIS POLICY IS ABSOLUTE AND APPLIES TO ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

This no-refund policy applies to but is not limited to the following circumstances:

  • You change your mind or your schedule after purchase
  • You are unable to attend due to personal, family, work, or travel conflicts
  • You are dissatisfied with the class, program, or instruction
  • You experience a technical issue unrelated to Haus AF systems
  • You enrolled by mistake or selected the wrong date, time, or program
  • You decide to cancel after enrollment regardless of how much time has passed
  • Your plans change at any point before, during, or after the program begins

Changing your plans at any point, whether one hour or one month before a program begins, does not constitute grounds for a refund, transfer, or credit under any circumstances.

Account Credit Exception

In limited circumstances and at the sole discretion of Haus AF management, a cancellation may result in account credit rather than a refund. Account credit is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and expires 12 months from the date of issuance. Whether account credit is offered is entirely at Haus AF's discretion and does not constitute a right or guarantee.

4. No Transfers Policy

ENROLLMENTS, BOOKINGS, AND MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. YOUR SPOT CANNOT BE GIVEN, SOLD, OR TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This means:

  • You may not give your spot to a friend, family member, or any other individual
  • You may not sell your enrollment to another party
  • You may not swap dates or sessions with another participant
  • Membership benefits are tied to the enrolled individual and cannot be shared

5. No Makeup Sessions

Haus AF does not offer makeup sessions for any missed class, course session, or membership session under any circumstances. This applies regardless of the reason for absence including but not limited to illness, injury, emergency, travel, work conflict, or personal circumstances.

  • Sessions are not recorded or made available for later viewing unless explicitly stated
  • Missed sessions do not carry over to the following month or billing cycle
  • Each session and each month stands alone as a complete and independent unit

6. Mentor Membership Terms

Cancellation

Members who wish to cancel must notify Haus AF in writing by the 15th of the current month to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellation requests received after the 15th will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle. All charges already processed are non-refundable.

No Freeze, Pause, or Hold

MENTOR MEMBERSHIP CANNOT BE FROZEN, PAUSED, PLACED ON HOLD, OR INTERRUPTED FOR ANY REASON. IF YOU ARE CHARGED, YOU ARE ENROLLED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Sessions Do Not Carry Over

Unused sessions within a billing cycle expire at the end of that cycle and do not carry over to the following month or quarter. Haus AF is not responsible for sessions that go unused due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or any other reason.

Intensive Credit Accumulation

For each month you are an active Mentor Member in good standing, $25.00 is credited toward the Mentorship Intensive scheduled for October 2026. This credit is conditional on maintained membership and is forfeited if membership is cancelled or terminated. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value.

Termination by Haus AF

Haus AF reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time for any reason including but not limited to disruptive behavior, violation of these terms, or failure to maintain payment. No refund will be issued for the remaining portion of any billing cycle upon termination.

7. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

INITIATING A CHARGEBACK OR PAYMENT DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS A VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT ACCOUNT TERMINATION.

By completing a purchase with Haus AF you expressly agree to the following:

  • You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any charge made in accordance with these terms
  • You understand that all sales are final and that a chargeback is not a substitute for the refund policy stated herein
  • If you believe a charge was made in error you will contact Haus AF directly at info@aishafrancis.com before initiating any dispute

If a chargeback or dispute is filed after enrollment in any class, program, course, or membership your Haus AF account will be closed immediately and permanently. You will be banned from all future Haus AF classes, programs, courses, events, and memberships with no right to appeal. Legal action may be pursued to recover the disputed amount plus any fees and costs incurred by Haus AF as a result of the chargeback.

Haus AF maintains complete records of all transactions, communications, enrollment confirmations, and terms agreements. These records will be provided to payment processors and banks in full to contest any fraudulent chargeback claim.

8. Private Lessons

Private lessons with Aisha Francis are subject to all terms in this document including the no-refund, no-transfer, and no-makeup policies. In addition:

  • Private lessons must be scheduled and confirmed in writing
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice result in forfeiture of the session with no makeup or refund
  • Haus AF reserves the right to reschedule a private lesson with reasonable advance notice
  • Private lesson packages are non-refundable and non-transferable in whole or in part

9. That Girl Series — Course Terms

The That Girl Series courses (That Girl: First, Floor, Flow, Fierce, and Twirl) are in-person small group programs. The following terms apply:

  • Course enrollment is final upon payment. No refunds, transfers, or deferrals are offered
  • Missed sessions within a course do not carry over and are not made up
  • Courses run on a fixed schedule. Your enrollment is for the specific cohort selected at checkout
  • Haus AF reserves the right to modify course content, instructors, or format with reasonable notice
  • Enrollment in one course does not guarantee enrollment in any future cohort or course

10. Mentorship Intensive

The Mentorship Intensive is an application-based program with limited enrollment. The following terms apply in addition to all other terms in this document:

  • Acceptance into the Intensive is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Haus AF
  • Payment in full is required upon acceptance. No payment plans are offered unless explicitly confirmed in writing
  • The Intensive is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances
  • Haus AF reserves the right to modify the Intensive format, schedule, location, or curriculum
  • Intensive credit accumulated through Mentor Membership is subject to the conditions stated in Section 6

11. Code of Conduct

All Haus AF participants are expected to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment at all times. Haus AF reserves the right to remove any participant from a class, course, or program for any of the following without refund:

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior toward instructors, staff, or other participants
  • Unauthorized recording of classes, instruction, or choreography
  • Sharing or distributing proprietary Haus AF content, choreography, or curriculum
  • Any conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of other participants

12. Intellectual Property

All choreography, instruction, curriculum, branding, content, and materials created by or associated with Haus AF and Aisha Francis are the exclusive intellectual property of Haus AF. Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, teach, or profit from any Haus AF content without explicit written permission. Aisha Francis is the recognized creator of the heels dance genre and all associated methodologies remain her intellectual property.

13. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Participation in any Haus AF class, course, program, or event involves physical activity. By enrolling you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You are physically capable of participating in dance and movement-based activity
  • You assume all risk of injury, accident, or health-related incident arising from participation
  • Haus AF, Aisha Francis, and all associated staff and instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation
  • You will inform Haus AF of any physical limitations, injuries, or health conditions prior to participation

14. Cancellations by Haus AF

In the rare event that Haus AF must cancel a scheduled class, course, session, or program, affected participants will be notified by email as promptly as possible. The following options will be offered:

  • Transfer to another available class or program of equal or lesser value at no additional charge
  • Account credit in the amount paid, valid for 12 months from the date of issuance

Haus AF will make every reasonable effort to provide adequate notice and suitable alternatives. In circumstances where no suitable alternative is available, account credit will be issued automatically.

Cancellations by Haus AF do not entitle participants to a cash refund. The transfer and credit options described above are the sole remedies available in the event of a Haus AF-initiated cancellation.

To request a transfer or if you have questions about a Haus AF cancellation, reply to the notification email or contact us directly at info@aishafrancis.com within 7 days of receiving the cancellation notice. Requests submitted after 7 days will result in automatic account credit.

15. Modifications to These Terms

Haus AF reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at hausaf.com and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued participation in any Haus AF program following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your participation in Haus AF programs shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California. You waive any right to a jury trial for any dispute related to these terms.
