PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Haus AF is committed to providing the highest quality training experience. To protect the integrity of the program and the investment of every member, the following policies are strictly enforced. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every policy listed below.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your Mentor Membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the following month, your cancellation request must be submitted on or before the 15th of the current month.
- Cancellations submitted on or before the 15th take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Cancellations submitted after the 15th will result in one final charge for the following month
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the address provided at checkout
- Verbal cancellations - in person, by phone, or via social media - are not accepted
★ NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS
All Mentor Membership payments are final and non-refundable.
This applies to all circumstances without exception, including but not limited to: personal schedule conflicts, injury, illness, relocation, dissatisfaction, or failure to attend sessions.
No partial refunds are issued for unused sessions within a billing period.
By purchasing Mentor Membership, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
NO TRANSFERS
Mentor Membership is non-transferable. Your enrollment is personal and cannot be gifted, shared, sold, or transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
NO FREEZES OR PAUSES
Mentor Membership cannot be frozen, paused, or deferred. Each monthly billing cycle runs its full term regardless of attendance. If you are unable to attend during a given month, your membership continues and you will be charged as scheduled.
MISSED SESSIONS
★ NO MAKEUPS - NO EXCEPTIONS
If you miss a session for any reason - illness, travel, personal conflict, or otherwise - that session is forfeited.
There are no makeup sessions. There are no credits for missed classes. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Each session is live, in-person, and delivered in real time. It cannot be replicated or rescheduled.
Consistent attendance is your responsibility as a member. Plan your schedule accordingly before enrolling.
EACH MONTH STANDS ALONE
Every month of Mentor Membership is a complete, independent training cycle. Sessions from one month do not carry over to the next. Credits, homework, and session time are specific to the billing period in which they are issued and do not roll over under any circumstances.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
★ CHARGEBACK POLICY
By purchasing Mentor Membership, you agree that all charges are authorized and legitimate.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company after receiving access to the program constitutes a breach of these terms.
In the event of a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback, Haus AF reserves the right to:
- Immediately terminate your membership without refund
- Permanently revoke access to all Haus AF programs
- Pursue recovery of disputed funds through all available legal means
