To protect the integrity of every program and the investment of every student, the following policies are strictly enforced. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every policy listed below.
NO REFUNDS · NO EXCEPTIONS
All purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to all circumstances without exception, including but not limited to: personal schedule conflicts, injury, illness, relocation, dissatisfaction, or failure to attend. No partial refunds are issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
NO TRANSFERS
Your purchase is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be gifted, shared, sold, or transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
LIVE AND IN-PERSON EVENTS
For in-person events, your spot is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend for any reason, your purchase is forfeited. There are no makeups, no credits, no rollovers, and no exceptions. Plan your schedule accordingly before enrolling.
DIGITAL COURSE PURCHASES
All digital course sales are final upon purchase. Access is granted immediately and cannot be revoked, paused, or transferred. By completing your purchase you accept full responsibility for your engagement with the material.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing any product, you agree that all charges are authorized and legitimate. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to your purchase constitutes a breach of these terms. In the event of a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback, Aisha Francis Studios reserves the right to immediately revoke access to all Aisha Francis Studios programs and pursue recovery of disputed funds through all available legal means.
