Upon checkout, the Client acknowledges and agrees to execute an Installment Agreement, which will be provided via email. The Client will select their preferred payment option (listed below) within that Agreement and confirm their acceptance of the corresponding payment terms.

  1. Two-Payment Plan

    • Pay a non-refundable deposit now to secure your spot.

    • The remaining balance will be split into two equal payments automatically charged on December 1, 2025 and January 1, 2026.

  2. Three-Payment Plan

    • Pay a non-refundable deposit now to secure your spot.

    • The remaining balance will be split into three equal payments, automatically charged on December 1, 2025, January 1, 2026, and January 19, 2026.

 

Customers selecting this option will receive an installment agreement contract via email to review and sign. The contract outlines the payment schedule and terms of participation.

Please Note: All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted. By selecting an installment option, you agree to remit payment in accordance with the invoices sent to you on the scheduled dates. Failure to submit payment by the specified due dates will result in forfeiture of your reserved spot, and the non-refundable deposit will be retained.

Important Policies

  • Teaching my mentorship material, combos, or personalized techniques outside this program is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
  • Do not add other participants to your Zoom training or allow anyone to watch without permission.
  • Recording or filming during sessions is not allowed unless I give explicit consent.
  • Sharing links, teaching my work, or filming without permission will result in an immediate ban with no refund and permanent removal from all future programs.

Zoom Laws (for online participants)

  • Zoom links are private and non-transferable. Do not share them.
  • Your camera must remain on during class for verification.
  • Recording, screen capturing, or live streaming any part of the session is not permitted.
  • You may only film your final submission for your certificate of completion.

Do I have to wear heels?
No. This is a heels mentorship, but you’re welcome to train in flats and still get the full experience of my style.

Will everything be filmed?
Yes. This is an in person and zoom class.

What if I miss a class?
There are no makeup sessions, credits, or prorated dates. Please commit fully to the 4 weeks.

Is this mentorship only for women?
No. This program is open to all dancers who want to refine their artistry.

What level do I need to be?
You should have dance experience and comfort moving in heels or flats. This program is designed for dancers who want industry-level training and professional feedback. It will challenge you and help you grow, no matter where you are in your journey.

Attendance
Attendance at all sessions is strongly recommended to maximize your growth. Missed sessions cannot be made up, transferred to future programs, or assigned to another participant.

Program Fee
The program fee covers all sessions as a package. Dates will not be prorated, and no refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for missed sessions or cancellations.

Schedule & Location Changes
Dates, times, and locations are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Any updates will be communicated as soon as possible via email or other studio communication channels. Schedule changes do not qualify for refunds, credits, or transfers.

Participation Acknowledgment
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. Aisha Francis Studios, its instructors, its studios, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances, including cases where a participant has incorrectly self-placed into a level.
