The ONLY place to learn Aisha’s signature fluidity. Whether you’re wanting to build your fluidity from the ground up or you’re getting that note from instructors but you’re not quite sure what that means or how to achieve it, we can help you get there. We’ll focus on breaking down what it takes to make your movement more fluid throughout any and all styles. To gain fluidity overall, it takes a lot of time and practice to master. Don’t be shy and don’t be dry, if you may need to repeat this course more than once. Give AF about your training and trust the process!
